First Fruits Anniversary Sunday was an historic day! First, we held the service inside for the first time ever because of weather issues. Regardless, our attendance was the highest we've seen since COVID happened, with nearly 600 people on campus! Also, we were blessed as many guests joined to celebrate with us. Second, we celebrated the official conclusion of our campus remodel and build out--to God be the glory!! Third, we welcomed Rev Tim Laurent as our new Student Ministry Associate Pastor. Parents and students alike will be able to meet Tim and his fiancée Jordan next Sunday evening at our fall student event: Flannel and Flame. I look forward to seeing our student families there next Sunday. Fourth, we had one of our largest "week one" First Fruits offerings: $115,739.50! Praise God for his provision through the loving gifts of our people! We're currently at $146,001.79 with less than $4,000 left to reach our 2020 goal, so if you haven't given yet, let me encourage you to give next Sunday. Together, we will reach it! Finally, our regular tithes on Sunday, November 1 were more than $57,000.00!! Thank you for your obedient stewardship!! We're still behind budget for the year, so we've got some catching up to do. But I believe God will supply those needs too!! This is an exciting time to be a part of the Cornerstone family!! Rejoice in God's blessings today, and live your hope this week!
